I provide a balanced fitness programme that includes yoga, cardio, strength and conditioning to enhance clients' overall health and wellbeing. With my extensive fitness knowledge and expertise, I can guide and support you throughout your fitness journey. I specialise in Women's Health, pelvic floor, menopause and stomas, but my services extend beyond these areas.

“In March 2022, I approached Jo with an idea of a challenge to raise money for charities that my sister Jane was close to. I lost Jane in September 2021 to cancer and wanted to do something in her memory. Jane was a rower in her younger years, so I had the idea to row the distance of the Channel. Jo instantly jumped at the chance to support me and do the challenge alongside me, rowing 33km on indoor rowers. The “Oarsome Challenge” was born.
Jo is my yoga teacher and friend. Obviously, a training programme was set by Jo for me to reach the required fitness levels to achieve such a mammoth task. Jo’s a hard task master under such circumstances, but her support, friendship, patience, professionalism, belief and dedication to her field of work paid off. The training was intense, but the well thought out structured training plans got me there. I thank her from the bottom of my heart as I know Jane would be so proud of us both.”
