Speaker Experience
Returning to the University College of Osteopathy, London to record this Table Talk Podcast with Romy and Brandon, two engaged undergraduates was a fantastic experience.
I connected with Romy during two Manus Talks I presented on the topics of Pelvic Floor and Understanding Stomas.
It was an invaluable chance to shed light on childbirth injury and offer a glimpse into life as an ostomate. Much gratitude to both for joining in the effort to raise awareness and understanding about birth injury and stomas.

Surrey Three Peaks - Box Hill, Holmbury Hill & Leith Hill
Personal challenge hiking the 23-mile (37km) round trip route. Total ascent is 1060 metres.
A great sunny day out with friends, starting at 8:30am at Box Hill we hiked 41km, after going off course in the woods on the way to Holmbury Hill! We finished with the climb back up Box Hill completing the walk in 8 hrs 11 mins at 4.41pm.
